We ordered a 2022 Ram 2500 in Nov 2021, Received it in March 2022. Juanita Strupp was an excellent sales person. Our salesman that we originally bought the truck from was no longer with the dealership. We were sorry to hear that he was very young but also an excellent salesman. Very informative as is Juanita. I’m not sure if it was service department or dealer management. The truck had not been washed or wiped down. The blue coating was still on the tires and the little green stickers on the tires. Not sure what they were for. Dudley pulled off a piece of masking tape from the passenger front wheel well close to the bumper. It had some paint on it that matched the truck . We just figured it was left from when it was painted. Something we had never experienced before.
