My experience was excellent because of Hanna. She made the entire process of buying a new car easy with amazing product knowledge and seamless financing options. Overall, I truly believe she should be running the entire dealership because ultimately she was the one who knew the answers to every question I had. I’m extremely grateful that she was my Sales Representative and I’ll be sending referrals her way.

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this purchase of a 2025 Eray and working with Dustin Bailey is one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a new car. He is extremely knowledgeable. I know the owner personally and he is super likeable person as well and very honest which you can see carries over to his team. I live in Denver but found the exact Chevrolet Tahoe I wanted at Roberts Pontiac GMC inc. located in Kansas City MO, so I spoke with them to find out about the cars condition. By the end of week on Friday we had agreed on a price and that I was going to drive out the following day Saturday and pick it up. So I left denver 5am after driving for eight hours I received a phone call from the sales man at the dealer telling me that the car was there but he was not going to be in but his manager Frank would take care of me. I told him that I was two hours out and looked forward to closing the deal and finally getting the Tahoe. So I drive two more hours pulled up to the lot and there it was the car I had been looking forward to getting for the last ten hours I had been driving. I go to the sales building and introduce myself to Frank. Frank said to me "what car are you here for?", I said "the Tahoe", next he said something that I could not believe. Frank said "I just sold that one" points to a desk and says "they're filling out the paper work now". So after driving 10hrs to get there he tells me that he just sold the car that we had already agreed on a price for. The car that he had spoke with me about on the phone 2hrs before when I told them that I was almost there. Frank pretty much tells me tough $H!T, and walks away from me with out saying anything else. So the dealer could not wait one hour till I got there. Oh yeah I saw how much the lady who got the car paid and it was $1k more than the dealer had agreed on with me some car dealers and there employees are just trash.
