He listened to what I wanted in a truck and delivered to perfection! I also wanted a good extended warranty and the finance team delivered on that as well! Next I went to the Service department were I ordered a number of accessories for my new truck. They installed everything I ordered before I took delivery of this new truck. Dealing with Woody at this dealership was so smooth. Woody is not a pushy salesman, he let us look over and drive the vehicle on our own without standing right on top of us. When it came to dealing with the final negotiation of the price made us feel very comfortable When I buy another vehicle I will have to consider going back to see Woody at Delong Ford even though I live 35 miles away.

I had an appointment and was greeted promptly. My car was taken in immediately for service and returned quickly with all my problems solved. And it was done at a reasonable price. Well worth the drive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!
