As always superb friendly service. I had purchased the last vehicle directly through Brent but now I see they must of moved. I searched online to find new location he went too and saw some bologna feedback on here. My extended family and freinds have purchased a total of 36 vehicles over the years from Brent going way back when he first started selling and I wouldn't refer people that trust me too anyone else. Some of these comments defy logic to me when I've dealt personally with this man 16 times myself and NEVER had one thing to complain about. And believe you me I'm a hard customer to earn respect from for automobile dealerships before Iet this guy. "He was out of the office three weeks and couldn't sign anything so nothing was getting done" ? What the heck are all these other people working here for why should he personally have to do everything? obviously words spoken from somebody without even having enough intelligence for a cognitive thought at all. Like I said I bought a new Suzuki 11 months ago and I'm just posting this year cause I can't stand to see those kind remarks when I know better Phaedon try to remedy it I'd be just as guilty as the ridiculous party that posted it in the first place. Wherever he went I will follow and so will everybody who wants to be treated fairly with honest service after we give them our money.

I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! Read through all the reviews here and other places. They don’t practice a fair service. Seems that they sell vehicles that break down and don’t honor fixing them. My father in law traded 2 trucks to them last week. One was a Sport Trac and the other was a 2015 GMC Sierra. They low balled him and told him it only booked for $3900 and gave him $4000 and sold it two days later for $7900 almost 100% mark up knowing what they were gonna sell it for. Ok let’s move on. They proceeded to call and tell him there was an issue with the GMC and he needed to pay to fix it!! Have in mind all paperwork was done and complete. Knowing there was an issue they still sold one of the traded trucks. They said repairs were 4000.00 even on the money. I have never in all my years ever seen a repair be spot on to an even dollar amount. There was no proof of repair or proof of replacement. They are demanding $2000 from him and making threats of not completing financing. There has been different stories between father in law and mother in law from salesman Ben S…. I called and spoke with him and informed him it is a done deal and leave my father in law alone. He said well it’s not right to not take care of the bill. Well they had been driving said truck and who knows how it was driven and now call and demand money for repairs!!!! Look through all the 1 star reviews and tell me if it’s not the pot calling the kettle black!!! Very shady operation at this car lot!!! Take your business elsewhere because you may be the unlucky one to get one of their lemons that they won’t stand behind!!! One of the reviews didn’t even make it home from their dealership and that poor customer had to bring it to another mechanic to have it fixed. ***************STAY AWAY******************

I bought a late model used vehicle from Spearfish Motors just three weeks ago. They sent a company representative to pick me up from Rapid City Airport: he drove me to the dealership. While we were taking care of the paperwork the vehicle was given a final detailing.The "detail" man (Dave) was very helpful. The paperwork lady was very pleasant and extremely well organised.The whole experience was without a doubt the best I've had at any dealership anywhere.I've put over 2,000 miles on my "new" vehicle without any problems at all.
