My vehicle was scheduled promptly and the schedule was able to be adjusted to my timetable. My vehicle was taken in for service shortly after my arrival. I was informws that I would need a new key fob, which did not surprise me. The cost was a ;lot for something a person can carry in a pocket, but such has become the norm with modern electronics. I was just very pleassed that the shop had one for my 10 year old pickup in stock. I was on my way home about an hour after I had arrived at the dealership. Other than electronics sticker shock (which I was somewhat expectding), I though the process went well and I was treated with coutesy.

Had them replace a starter on my truck. They used a reconditioned starter not a new one. 8 days later same problem they "fixed" returned. They would not help with the tow necessary to get the truck to them (2 miles), they would not offer to replace the faulty part without it costing me 2 1/2 hours of shop labor time......very expensive. No communication with management, no offers to assist or help in any way. I have done business with that shop before a few times but I will NO LONGER do business with that shop. They do not stand by their work and that is unacceptable to me.
