Dahl was quick to offer a solution and pay for the cost to change the colors. They were really understanding and easy to work with on getting approved for a business loan on a new business with limited history. Couldn't recommend them more!

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

Buyer Beware - Eric Cain

I recently drove 2 1/2 hours (5 hours total) to buy a car that I did not end up purchasing from Chilson's. I had inquired about a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee previous to driving to the dealership. I was ready to sign the paperwork and drive it back. I worked with the sales person over the phone initially. We reviewed what was advertised on their site and the auto check report over the phone. The sales person indicated that there was a small amount of damage reported on the autocheck report but it was cosmetic and had been repaired. "Maybe a bird flew into it," is what they said. When I arrived at the dealership I immediately noticed that features in the ad were not on the vehicle. Specifically a tow package and backup camera. The response by the salesperson was that a 3rd party website posted their vehicles and they weren't responsible for the description. Really? If you are selling a product you should make sure your advertisers accurately represent your product. It takes about 2 minutes to update a website. We needed a car so we continued and took the vehicle for a test drive. I asked for the CarFax report. When I returned I noticed an alert on the CarFax report--it said, "Passenger front-damage reported, passenger rear-damage reported, driver front-damage reported, driver rear-damage reported, structural damage reported, air bags deployed." I was in shock after reading this and that I wasn't made aware of this in advance of driving 2 1/2 hours to the dealership. I walked out of the dealership. The salesperson merely said, "Maybe this isn't the car for you." No apology, nothing else. I can't believe I wasted half of a Saturday. Buyer beware of this dealership especially of the currently listed 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am going to make sure to share my story with as many people as possible in hopes that they can avoid a similar experience.
