Of the sales staff ( Chris Fisher ) came out to show us the vehicle, he was very nice and very knowledgeable with the vehicle, he answered all our questions and was very helpful to work with. Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.
