I had fob battery replaced because dashboard said battery was low. Mike replaced the battery and also gave us useful information about how to get into the car and start the engine if fob battery was too low to do so in the normal way.

I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. They called me at 11:30 20 AM the next day said it was finished but they didn’t change the oil. They don’t wash the car and they don’t reset the maintenance required so then I got mad. I checked the oil they don’t change the oil so then I had to take it somewhere else and change the oil. The oil was dirty. All they did was rotate the tires and that’s it and charge me $120. I used a coupon otherwise I really would’ve got screwed.
