Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! Again big shout out to Joe & the rest of the team that helped out, preciate yall ! I love my car !

We were told there are usually 2 Finance people working, not on the day we made appt. wed 8/13 4:30. there was only one and we were told he was new. Dan Burke. he was very thorough and busy with another buyer in addition to us. 4:30 we took a test drive around the country block with Brent, then came back. decided to buy. service dept detailed, cleaned the car, changed plates. we waited for finance. we didn’t need a loan. just the remainder of the paperwork. Thank you Amber cashier for staying. Brent stayed even though it was after 8 pm closing time & waited for us to finish with Finance.

I typically have a distain with dealerships in general. I have vast experience in vehicle procurement both with fleet and personal. The staff at Palmen has definitely changed my tune. Paul Huff is nothing short of exceptional, going above and beyond to find a specific vehicle I was looking for. My sales agent Orlando was bar none and I would challenge anyone to compare product knowledge of a vehicle and features more than him. He was excited about his job and it showed. He took the time to show me things I didn't even know existed on my vehicle and I'm a bit of a car guy. To follow all this with service, Jason Garoni is my go to guy. He always work with my schedule and gets me in and out without issue. He is always honest about how long something will take and I've never been left waiting.....EVER. This speaks to professionalism and respect for my time. And FINALLY, I've found other dealerships have dismissed my wife when she was with me and typically on addressed me. All the staff here show common courtesy which should always be to address the wife first, then the man. Bravo!
