The Dealership is fine. But we’re extremely disappointed with our 2018 Ford Explorer. The transmission failed just after our 100,000 mile warranty expired. The transmission repair was $3700, very expensive. The transmission should not be failing on a vehicle at 105,000 miles!!! We will not buy another ford! We are trading the vehicle off soon!!

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

It was an unusual experience for buying from a dealership. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. My salesman Chris was more like a car enthusiast that happened to work there. If that is a sales tactic they used, it worked on me. I left with my “new to me” car, and felt good about the deal.

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

Purchased a 2020 Ford Edge from Albion Ford on October 29, 2022. Richard in finance was rude, pushy and very unprofessional. In May the windshield wipes quit working, in June my front collision sensor came loose, then my cruise control quit working (probably due to the sensor failure). Spent $700 to get it fixed so I could sell it. When I went to sell it, I was told it had been in an accident (car facts) that was not disclosed before my purchase…illegal. I took a $8K loss to get rid of this piece of junk! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Dishonest employees who just want to rip you off! ALBION FORD IS TERRIBLE!!
