Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

Incorrect sticker on vehicle. Charged $1200 for chrome package - never produced paperwork to show reasoning behind cost. Put improper plates on truck, caused me to be pulled over by police two days after purchasing vehicle. Manager was very rude. <br><br>Have filed formal complaint with GM Cust. Service and BBB. STAY AWAY! I got the truck of my dreams, but only after losing an arm and a leg, and a lot of tears and sleep.
