As a woman buying a vehicle, I appreciated how he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, helped me stay within my price range, and still found a truck I genuinely liked. He even followed up with me a few weeks after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. I'm in a bad situation and had a very hard time getting financed. Other dealers turned their nose up at me, I wasn't worth their time. One other dealer was happy to get me financed on high-priced cars at huge interest rates....this is how consumers end up in trouble. But it wasn't like that at Beau Townsend. I found the car I'd been looking for on their website, but they are over an hour away. Salesman Neal was friendly and helpful, took the time to show me the features I was interested in on the car, and Tom in finance worked hard to get me a deal. Happily, there was no xx when I arrived at the store....they had the car waiting for me and the deal was ready to be signed. I'm very happy with my new car, and with how this business treated me.

I recently purchased a 2025 Rogue. I visited several dealerships and tested multiple non Nissan automobiles. I am glad I stopped at Fort Wayne Nissan. First, I was immediately assisted by a friendly and helpful sales associate, Dominic Johnson. He listened and answered ours questions without making me or my wife feel pressured to buy. Once we decided on a vehicle, new car manager John Hefty stepped in to help us get the best deal we could and the car we wanted. They did not have the color we wanted, so he found one at another dealership and had it delivered for us. Then we were assisted by finance manager Cody Barney to close deal and got excellent terms that topped off a great car buying event. My experience with the dealership and these three professionals was fantastic. I highly recommend trying Fort Wayne Nissan. I got a great car and a great deal. I had been looking for a specific car and found the one I wanted from Thayer Nissan. I was an out-of state buyer but they treated me as if I was standing in front of them. Not many dealerships around the country can say that when you try to buy a car and you aren't even in the same city let alone the same state. The population of internet buyers (seen or unseen before purchase) is growing and they are doing a great job. Robert was willing to answer every question I had and told me everything he knew about the vehicle. Amy in the finance and title work office as well did a great job of sending me the needed paperwork and answering questions on that end. From start to finish everything went well. We agreed to a price and they shipped me the vehicle to my city. Given the date of sale and the time I received the vehicle it was a reasonable turn around. Considering they were willing to do all the leg work on that end I was a satisfied customer. Great communication throughout. They went above and beyond to earned my business, I respect that. Overall my experience with Thayer Nissan was a great one.
