After an exhausative internet search I came across the perfect car at this dealership for our replacement car. Erica was awesome! Very professional, attentive, friendly, personable and honest! I had a million questions that she patiently answered. I was somewhat leary of traveling out of state to make a car purchase, but after arriving and learning the history of this dealership and their committment to their customers and the community it just felt right. I didn't have the ususal butterflies in my stomach when talking with a sales associate of a pre-owned vehicle. I felt at ease and knew we had made the right decision. They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule. This is the 2nd time they had an excuse as to why the work my 2016 Silverado was not done when scheduled. Fist time they kept it 2 days before even working on it. Excuse was 2 techs were on vacation. Appointment for this was made by them when they knew they would be short staffed. This time supposedly the tech that was going to repair a non working winshild washer pump when home sick. In all fairness they did get my oil changed and winshild wipers replaced. The worst part is I had to call them after 3 and a half hours to find out what was going on.

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
