James actually turned my thoughts about Kelley Automotive completely around. I had had a terrible experience about 5 years ago while looking for a vehicle where an employee treated me very rudely, and I swore I would never go back. I previously owned a Buick and my husband found the one we ended up purchasing on the Kelley site, so I very reluctantly went to look at it. James was the first person we met and he was a true gentleman, very knowledgeable and most importantly treated me with the respect everyone deserves. I appreciated his patience and kindness as we traveled the negotiation process. He was honest and very polite as he communicated with us. I highly recommend James and will be sure to tell others about my experience with him. I hope he is still working with Kelley when I need my next vehicle. I will return and ask for him.

Felt absolutely comfortable with puchasing site unseen. Drove my trade from MN on a Sunday, met with Mark on Monday morning, was on my way back to MN before noon. Can't say enough good things about both, Mark and Mike are both, genuine, honest, straight shooters. We stayed past closing hours and he did not complain staying late and was ver accommodating. Bobby Likens our finance guy was also very pleasant and explained each form to us. When we picked up our car. Marco helped transfer everything out from our old car to our new car. I love the team work everyone displayed. Awesome job!
