Jordan Gonzalez, our salesperson is outstanding! He's a great listener, and he always responds thoughtfully and respecrfully. He's well-versed in the big and small features of every Ford product we discussed. Jordan is totally customer-focused. He spent hours, over several days, trying to achieve my target price and monthly payment. Ultimately, because Jordan worked so hard, and we had such a great experience with everyone we worked with at Andy Mohr Ford, I decided to purchase the car from him, even though we ended up about 4% above my target price and payment. Finalizing the paperwork was an amazing process, viewing and then signing most of the dozens of pages of required paperwork on a huge smart desktop using a stylus. Upon completion, most of the purchase documents were then provided to us immediately on a flash drive, rather than use dozens of sheets of paper.

They and the service technician took an extremely difficult situation and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. They took very good care of us and we will definitely continue taking our Lincoln Navigator back to them.
