This visit was for an accident repair and Brondes Ford called me within hours of the accident to set up an appointment. Brondes works very well with State Farm for the repair and Enterprise for the rental car. Brondes and Alexis Road Enterprise have a nice working relationship where Enterprise will pick up the customer from Brondes and drive them to Enterprise to get their rental car. And when it is done, Enterprise picks up the rental car from Ford. ALSO!!! Brondes did an excellent repair job on my Escape and washed it like it was brand NEW!!! They even removed the tar that was sprayed on my car during a road trip out west!! Thank you all so much! Janice Darah

This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.
