Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!

Don’t trust this dealership, Jason in the finance department when it comes to Don a refund of your money. He wants to play around and take his sweet time doing it and then they want to get kicked off when you ask him where the refund money is a tell you not to call .Don’t trust this dealership Jason in the finance department when it comes to Don a refund of your money he wants to play around and take his sweet time doing it and then they want to get kicked off when you ask them where your refund money is and tell you not to call him no more I canceled the extended warranty on December 21 of 2023. He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right

I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. Thanks for everything one pleased customer.
