Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!

He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right

I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this dealership in August, it had 22,000 miles on it. I took it in to my local dealership for warranty work. They said the warranty would not apply since this car had been in an accident. The service man at my local dealership said it would not be a big deal, any reputable dealer would cover the cost - as it turns out, Mathews Ford is NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Tyler Allen actually had the nerve to tell me that I should have checked this vehicle's history before I bought it from him. Ironically, he said he himself is just too busy to bother checking histories of the cars he sells. Basically, this dealership's attitude is if you are stupid enough to trust us it's your fault.
