Considering that most of this deal was done on-line, I will say, we were very satisfied with the outcome. The areas that gave us pause was the very low trade in value given for our vehicle. We were told that when they saw the vehicle it would be adjusted, and the orginal sales agent repeated that once we arrived and he actually saw the truck, but there was never any upward adjustment. A great disappointment. The whole process of purchaseing the vehicle was rather disorganized as we were asked to move from one task to another without fully completeing each task. Not a comfortable experience for a customer, but so far it appears that all the paper work is in order. Everyone involved in our experience was freindly and very willing to work with us even from over 700 miles away. We are very happy with the Ford F150, especially to gas mileage and the comfortable ride.

On April 6, 2026 I bought 4 new installed tires. On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold me the tires. Mr. Kevin researched my concern and then personally investigated my complaint. In the end I was incorrect and apologized to Mr. Kevin and his Supervisor Management Staff. The sales team were very diligent and eager to satisfy my concern. If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

I drove my vehicle down there after speaking with someone in the parts department. I was told by a gentleman that I can bring my car down there to see if my issue was an easy fix. I even got a quote for the part if I needed to order it. When I got there, the staff was very unprofessional and nonchalant to what I was saying. No one there had a clue what and why I was there. I’m not bringing my car or business there anymore. Lots of miscommunication and don’t appear they want to be there.

Kept saying by text it was on the way, never sent...so don't know if they didn't have the car or what, just not honest people....don't waste your time with them because they are liars and take your business elsewhere!

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.

Bought a 2012 king ranch from premier in October 2017 they refused to give me any history on the truck .. Had to replace the crankshaft seal they put in it along with the fuel rail which found out after purchase truck been towed 7 times since purchase ... Stan grunnels told me in July after the truck quit that if I towed it from Florida to there shop he would trade me out of it ... Got it to him and he once again refuse to offer any help other than it was not his problem and he wasn't gonna touch the truck again .... Still owe 26 k on the truck had to buy another truck to travel for work now we are having to pay for both vehicles ... At this point the only help i want from them is to buy the lemon they sold me back or pay to have the engine repaured in it and I will continue to pay for it .... Just a lol help Stan wasn't asking for a full refund by any means . we have only put 22k miles on this truck .it had been towed 7 times ... In 10 months ....
