Had a great buying experience. Bought a Grand Highlander Hybrid out of state, as these are currently a hard find in my area. Landers McLarty was selling the car below MSRP, whereas our local dealer charges a 'market adjustment' and puts on dealer addons. Paid my deposit over the phone and about a month later got a call that the car had arrived. Flew into Nashville and dealership had arranged an airport pickup to take me to the dealership. I was in and out within an hour driving the car home. No surprises at closing and paid what was agreed upon when paying the deposit. Sales person I worked with was "DJ". Highly recommend this dealership.

Service center made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule site. The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward.

am beyond ecstatic with Toyota Nashville North in Madison! Let's start with the search for a 4runner. I ended up with The BEST sales lady there EVER! Radna!!! She went above and beyond for me, to find what I wanted! I purchased a 24' 4runner sr5 premium. She checked in on me for a good 4-5 days till I was able to get up to the dealership. The second I saw the 4runner I knew it was the one, or so I thought (nothing bad I promise!) She and the whole team there at this dealership really does treat you like family when you are there! Super awesome, talkative and just very comfortable experience. The sales manager, the Finance manager Jamie, the GM and my new " car mom" sales lady; Radna was superb! I woke up the next day and seen my husband (who hates Toyota, he's a ford guy) took my 4runner to work. Not even a hour after he left, he's calling me saying he loves it and wants one. So I text Radna and told her and she sent me the BEST info EVER, see I originally wanted a TRD Pro; but with the shortage and having to order them; they didn't have them; till today that was. I gave my husband my 24' 4Runner that I just purchased, sold his Raptor Bronco; and put the deposit down on the mudbath 25 4runner TRD Pro, in which will be here beginning of July, after driving the 24' its well worth the wait to me! Radna and the whole team there once again swift, quick & made the process simple and fun! My baby sister is trading her bronco in for a 4runner, and she will only be working with Radna & the finance manager Jamie. My next purchase will be a supra and of course it will only be done here at this dealership! IM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR. THE EXPERIENCE AND PROCESS WAS PERFECT! I won't go anywhere else.
