We had a great experience at this dealership, our salesman Kevin Hamker was great. We went with the intent to possibly buy another used ford which we drove a couple of them, but was not sold on what we drove. Kevin was very patient with us when we told him what we wanted to spend and the amount of the payment we wanted to be at. We decided to drive a Jeep Compass and we liked it, but decided to think about it over the weekend. What we like is that Kevin was not pushy (which we don’t like) when we told him we would call him Monday and let him know if we decided to buy the vehicle or not and he was fine with that. We did end up buying the vehicle and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and I met Trevor Lund to look at and maybe order a new Bronco on Sept 30, 2023. We spent about 4 hours talking and looking at Broncos. We eventually decided to buy a new 2023 Bronco on the lot and ordered an another 2024 Bronco. Trevor also prayed with us after our purchase. Trevor is a great salesman and man to deal with. I would recommend Trevor to all my friends and family. I consider Trevor a good friend. Also, we have just purchased 3 new Nissans for our rental fleet, and will buy many more in the future. Larry M

I found exactly what I wanted. Went to the dealership gave the vehicle a good look over then went inside to ask to drive it. They let me drive it then I came back to ask for a price they gave me a direct honest out the door price with taxes and fees included. I wanted to do the financing through my bank so they gave me a deal sheet and I went got the loan and signed right up. It was very quick, prompt, and easy.

Firmware upgrade - Elmer Fudd

Took my F250 6.7 in for software/firmware update ("10 minute process - max"). Personable service manager, but didn't appear too comfortable in his role. After 3 hours of waiting and no updates by SM as to progress, I asked for a status and I was finally told that the service tech blew up three computers trying to get the update installed and that I'd have to bring the vehicle back in three days (to give them time to acquire another computer). Next morning the batteries were completely dead "due to a setting the tech failed to return to default". Hunh.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They're either incompetent, or don't care.

I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life. My experience with buying Fords as been acceptional and I must point a particular dealership that stands out from them all. Don Smith Ford. <br><br>I have started using the internet now to do all my research on the Ford vehicles. I have always dealt with Don Smith Ford so I decided to search the web for them and came across a website that was easy to use. It was informational, quick, and well structured which made it easy to use. After I inputed all the information I was needing , I immediately received a email stating that someone would get intouch with me via my email or phone number. It was about 1 hour from then, I did infact receive a email from Kenneth Brown (Internet Manager) and Don Smith Ford. He had stated that he had several vehicles that fit the discription of what I was looking for. He did all the research for me as far as (rebates, discounts) etc. By the end of the day he had a final price for me , that was most impressive. That following morning I showed up to the dealership and met Mr. Brown. He had the majority of the paper already filled out which cut down my waiting time. We had agreed to the price the night before and my transaction was smooth sailing. <br><br>Because of his product knowledge, and ability to give me the information I need in a timely matter I have to say that was the best service I have receieved ever , when buying a vehicle. <br><br>Thank you Don Smith Ford and Kenneth Brown<br><br>Mr. McKensey

We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had! After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying) We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future. Hope this review helps you in finding a great car sales experience.
