I recently leased a new 2024 Sonata Hallmark Hyundai. That would make my third visit to the dealership in the past several years. I have always found the sales and or service team to most pleasant, courteous and professional. The sales representative on my last last visit, Mr. William Caria was a pleasure to interact with. His patience and knowledge of the Hyundai product lines and offering was extensive and made the decision process quite comfortable and put me at ease in making a final decision. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. I was with a family member when she bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. It was a trade in, and they claimed it had been in the service department to be checked out. Obviously, that was not the case. The motor has a recall and the car leaks oil badly. Took the car back in the next day and they refuse to fix it. They told her that it would cost her 4000 to fix the issue. Not an honest dealership.
