I had an incredible experience with Subaru of Sarasota! After being turned away by multiple shops because the job was “too difficult” and “too time-consuming,” I was expecting more of the same. Instead, Andy Sayroo and their mechanic Kenny stepped up and absolutely delivered. They took on the challenge of replacing the starter on my Lexus IS-F, a job most shops wouldn’t touch. Not only did they get it done quickly and correctly, but they also went above and beyond by ordering all the necessary parts and recommending additional components to replace while everything was already apart. During the process, they discovered both an oil leak and a coolant leak, identified the causes, and fixed them properly. They even replaced my water pump, ensuring the car would be reliable long-term. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail were truly impressive.
