I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL - cijiwright

I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!!

My wife and I walked in without any expectations or connections to Potamkin Hyundai. We simply were going to test-drive a Palisade as we had not had the opportunity in the past. From the moment we walked in the salesman did not charge at us but was friendly and courteous in asking how he could help us meet our needs. Yasiel Sosa drove us through the lot to see which one of the vehicles on the lot would meet our needs and satisfy our expectations. He was a true gentleman in making sure he provided a positive test drive, answered all of our concerns and tried to meet our expectations. Unfortunately, color was an issue as white was not available. He tried through his manager Alex Tulin to obtain a car from another dealer but they were unsuccessful; Alex together with Yasiel then came to us to see how they could make us happy with a possible negotiation. After a very friendly and no pressure conversation Alex made us an offer that we felt was fair and came to an agreement. While waiting for the Financing step Alex even came back to thank us for the way we dealt with him and his staff. We then proceeded to the Finance department and were assisted by Felix Lopez. He also worked us in a very accommodating, professional, and courteous manner. He made us feel very comfortable and never made us feel pressured into any decisions. We drove away with a beautiful new car and a very positive experience. We are not only open to returning to the dealership in the future but willing to recommend others to Potamkin Hyundai. The truth was we were made to feel at home, listened to and important as the customer. Hats off to the team and prayers for their continued success.

Today I witnessed the rebirth of Kendall, Hyundai. Currently they are remodeling, but even in these conditions they are hitting it out of the park. I was able to make an appointment with the automated system and received service within an hour of making my appointment. The service team rep Jeus Calderin was very amiable, knowledgeable and caring. I had to work that day and they were kind enough to help me with uber so that I could make it to work and back when the repair was complete. Jesus was very communicative and kept me posted on the progress. Finally, someone is bringing excellent customer service back to Miami. I am very grateful and appreciate the diligent efforts of my service representative and the very excellent mechanic who fixed my baby. Please accept my most sincere gratitude. Kudos to your team. Everyone excelled today. From the young lady who first received me, to the service rep and mechanic. Very well organized and efficient service department. I commend you all, wish you the very best and may God bless you.
