My daughter and I went to buy a car and worked with Kevin Montalvo. We were not sure what we wanted so he walked us through a bunch of different vehicles until we landed on the new Volkswagen Tiguan. We absolutely love our new Tiguan and will definitely be back in the future. Excellent service! 10/10

Great. Jon made sure me and my wife got the best deal and took care of us letting us know about our issue and even though our vehicle was out of warranty, that VW would still cover it being it was a known problem. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!

I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars. Thank you VW (and Raul!!) for all of your help!!

Most friendly dealership in Orlando. The crew here was absolutely amazing. Alejandro and Larry were so welcoming and happy to explain and get me set up for a visit. Omar when above and beyond to try to get me into a vehicle but we were just a few hundred dollars away. In the future I will definitely come back and reccommed them to anyone.
