We’ve never had a better finance guy than Dragon, he was very good at explaining everything. The last Ford dealership I purchased from was not a great experience and I’ll never return to them. The entire dealership was clean and welcoming. Having dealt with two other dealerships over the previous six weeks became quite frustrating. From the time I walked in till I left with a new car took four hours. Greenway was able to do in that short time. What do dealerships were unable to do in six weeks.

There were a lot of nice cars and trucks in the lot Every time I have been here before I thought the lot was boring but today nicer cars and trucks Did not have an appointment for oil change thinking it would be a couple hours wait but not sure but it was less than a hour Things seemed different? i kidding ask the service writer did you get a new manager and was told yes Keep up what you are doing much better than it was Thank you

I scheduled a mobile mechanic to install a new battery in my 2020 Mustang Ecoboost as it died in my driveway and I am somewhat gimpy. I scheduled the appointment online with ease, and was able to confirm and get an initial quote from Catherine, who was very helpful. On the day of the service, I received a call from Don Raymond, the mobile service manager, who quoted me less than the initial quoted price for the battery and installation, which was a pleasant surprise. Caleb the mobile technician/ mechanic came to my house and replaced the old battery in no time! He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions! The whole process was smooth and so convenient at a reasonable price. The battery comes with a 36 month warranty. I will continue to use Sun State Ford’s mobile services when I can in the future.
