Terrible service department. Had Ridgeline seat/tailgate harness recall performed there. The vehicle work never started until 5 hours after my appointment. Then in a haste to get the vehicle done before the end of the day the technician left the interior of the vehicle looking like a tornado touched down. When I tried to address it with the service manager he just ignored me. Then the tailgate lock started sounding strange, when I called the service department to ask them about the recall I got the answering machine and they never responded. When I decided to check it out myself I discovered that the highly trained Honda technician that completed the recall stripped out the heads of the tailgate cover bolts. I would beware of this service department.
