We were beginning the third week of a road trip when bad roads in New Orleans wrecked a tire and bent the wheel. MINI Roadside Assistance took the car to the nearest dealer -- Sandy Sansing MINI in Pensacola -- 120 miles away! I worked with Logan, our service advisor over the phone. He was professional, methodical, and thorough. Logan navigated the process of having a full diagnostic run, putting in a claim with wheel and tire insurance and ordering replacements ahead of the Labor Day weekend giving me updates throughout. He had the wheel and tire installed first thing after the long weekend. Logan also had them give the car a wash before turning it back over to us. Logan even let us pick up the car about fifteen minutes after closing time. so that we didn't have to wait until the next day. When we picked up the car, we were surprised to find out that there might have even been an option to have our car brought back to us in New Orleans or even sent back to Houston! Bottom line, we got great service and support, even with the logistical headaches that were beyond their control.
