My sales associate Tiffaney Powell was professional, sincere, and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle I purchased. I felt she displayed genuine sincerity, with care and concern for me as a customer. As we went through the buying process I felt our relationship was not just working with a sales consultant, but a friend. This built trust which put me at ease and peace for my purchase. She took her time to explain everything concerning the finance options and vehicle features. After the sale was completed, she sat in the new vehicle and explained in detail all the features, controls, and answered any questions I had to give me clear understanding. I was impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. I was thinking she probably had that level of knowledge of every model and make of vehicles she sold to fully help her customers. She then gave me a complete tour of the dealership and service department. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Tiffaney. Through my lifetime I have purchased many cars and I would rate her as the best sales associate I have ever worked with. Thank you Tiffaney! I also want to note that Heather Aroni handled my finance options and and accomplished all the paperwork for the sale. She again was a person that gave credit to the dealership with her professionalism and knowledge for the transaction. Heather was able to acquire a lender that gave me an interest rate much lower than the currant average loan rates. This enabled me to have my payments right at the amount I desired to meet my monthly budget. She was great in explaining all the options available for extended warrantee, and other amenities that I might want to meet my desires and needs. So, I really appreciated the Marianna Chevy dealership team and will always highly recommend them.

We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. In Georgia for military assignment. A handyman recommended Hamby for my vehicle's service. I needed a fuel filter replacement. I called Service and a nice lady named Brandi gave me an appointment. I went in the day of appointment at 10 a.m. and she tested my truck and wrote up my paperwork. Work was completed and at 1043 a.m. she accompanied me to the cashier. There, the cashier with initials AH was quick and very nice as well. I mentioned to her, I liked her writing pen I used to sign paperwork. She gave the pen to me! I was so pleased with the service as well as the friendly and welcoming attitude. My Suburban is new, 2023, so I won't be buying anytime soon, but I will recommend family members to buy from Hamby Automotive. The people here made my day very pleasant!!!! Thank you!!

Princ Chevrolet was amazing - I bought my 2021 Suburban remotely - selected the vehicle - they took it from there - drove to my house for me to sign paperwork and pick up information on my trade-in - when my truck arrived they offered to deliver it to me, but I wanted to drive that truck home myself, and honestly meet my salesperson face to face. Grant was great to work with - great communication, great follow-up, he continues to check in on my satisfaction 4 months after purchase. B

The most honest, trustworthy and helpful car dealer I have ever purchased a car from. I'm a senior and have purchased many cars during my lifetime. Tell them the automobile you want and they will do everything they can to get what you want for a fair price. Everyone there make you feel like family. I have never had to bargain to get a fair price. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful, honest and make me feel like family. Their shop is also present and good. This is where I have purchased my last several cars from and will continue purchasing cars from. Thanks to the salesman Ricky, management and the team.

UPDATE: Mr. Price personally helped out with my issue and resolved it accordingly. I really appreciate that my second experience was way better!! Scheduled an appointment over a month out for service. My vehicles back window is leaking. GMC Sierra 1500. Dropped off my vehicle at 8am for what I thought was an 8:30 appointment. I was sadly mistaken. I didn’t not receive any communication from the service department. Once the time hit about 2:30 in the afternoon, my wife and I were nearby so I stopped in. I asked about an update and was told that they had not even looked at my truck yet. I proceeded to leave to await a phone call. I got that phone call about 30 minutes later. I was then told that they had window assembly would need to be resealed (something that was fairly obvious when I made the appointment over a month ago). Unfortunately they ran out of sealant/solvent because “we have had to do a few of these in the past few weeks.” So not only was I out an entire day at work for absolutely nothing to be done, I now have to take it back in on Monday for it to be fixed because after they didn’t look at it all day and didn’t have the parts to fix it, they made a phone call to another store to source the parts. Something that could have/should have been done in the morning after they should have looked at my truck at the prescribed appointment time. To say I’m disappointed is underselling it. I honestly wanted to trade in that truck right then and go buy another Ford like I had before. Thanks for not much David Carter and whoever the service manager is. I will not be recommending that anyone do business with this dealership. This is my Ted Talk, a disgruntled veteran.

I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt. The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner. I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
