The most impressive was the care and concerned that I received from Misty my service consultant. My rating for her would be a 15+. She is a very humble, respectable, professional and timely person. She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out.

After reviewing a well constructed web-page, I called Gilland Ford and spoke with John Sanders about a new 2024 Tremor. In a few short minutes, we established an excellent rapport (Both Veterans) and quickly crunched some good numbers on both the new Tremor and the 2023 trade-in Tremor. I pride myself on being a good judge of character, and John came across as an honest man with integrity above all else! I made the 3.5 hour drive from Atlanta after he repeatedly assured me that everything would be exactly as presented over the phone. As he promised.... the whole transaction (including very painless paperwork with Elijah Shelley!) was smooth, relaxed and expeditious. The best part was John staying over an hour past closing time to help me switch over the expensive bed cover I had just purchased and several other items that were not included with the generous trade-in deal. He also spent a considerable amount of time after hours programming all the FordPass features so I could enjoy BlueCruise and all the other tech features that he knew played a big part in my decision to upgrade from a 2023 Tremor truck that I absolutely loved to a 2024 model. His product knowledge was outstanding. He quickly answered all my tech questions and made it very clear that I was to call him anytime down the road if I had any concerns. As a retired Delta Air Lines pilot, I recognize and appreciate good customer service when I see it, and I definitely saw it from John! I ordered my parts the week before I was scheduled for service. I called the day before to make sure my parts were there. When I arrived Shannon took my car to the back then she came back and said your parts are not here. I then asked her why did she say they were here when I called her the day before. I went to the service department and I asked the tall guy why he didn't call me and let me know the part was not here. He then checked the system and said your parts are in Union City Ford and I could go and pick them up myself. Then Shannon said if you do then we can't fix it today. And she gave me my key and I asked her if the guy checked my tires since my light was on. I asked her if she cared about me as a customer and if she was concerned about my safety. Then another lady heard us talking and she called the manager Mandy. Mandy then sent someone to go and get my parts and my car was fixed. When I left after six hours and it was raining so I was using the wipers. The next day I was going to use the car then I noticed my steering wheel was not close properly so the windshield wipers would not go off. I called Shannon back and she said she was ordering my other part and they will look at the wipers then. I called her back two days later to ask about the other part and she said she would call me when the part comes in and it has been three weeks and I have not heard from Shannon or Mandy. I will not be back at Mike Patton for anything. I have been a loyal customer since Mike Patton sold Mazda's. I was at the dealership getting the vehicle serviced for over 6 hours. They didn't even offer me a soda or ten percent off. NOTHING

Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission.

Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. A day or 2 later the washer fluid light came on. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil.

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!

If this is the type of "customer service" they provide, ladies I suggest you leave your husband at home if you go there to buy a car or have your vehicle serviced. It says a lot about their dealership, the character of the people they hire and their lack of business ethics if this is the type of people they hire. They lost a loyal customer, along with several other potential customers due to their lack of ethics, integrity and trust. This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.
