Worst service experience ever! I scheduled service, brought my van in on time, Tuesday morning. Thursday afternoon, after hearing nothing from service, I called for status. Service manager said no one has had a chance to even look at it yet. I asked then why did I schedule and bring it in? Why not schedule when mechanics are available? Manager said Hoover doesn’t schedule like that - they need your car left for 2-4 days before they can even look at it! Apart from their absurd scheduling, it would have been nice to get a call.
I specifically set up scheduled drop off with service manager so my car would be done by holiday weekend. Holiday starts tomorrow, and no one has even looked at it yet.
In all my years, I’ve never had a worse service experience. What is the point of scheduling and taking my car if you have no clue when someone will look at the vehicle?
