We had a great experience at this dealership, our salesman Kevin Hamker was great. We went with the intent to possibly buy another used ford which we drove a couple of them, but was not sold on what we drove. Kevin was very patient with us when we told him what we wanted to spend and the amount of the payment we wanted to be at. We decided to drive a Jeep Compass and we liked it, but decided to think about it over the weekend. What we like is that Kevin was not pushy (which we don’t like) when we told him we would call him Monday and let him know if we decided to buy the vehicle or not and he was fine with that. We did end up buying the vehicle and we are very happy with it. We would recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

My wife and I met Trevor Lund to look at and maybe order a new Bronco on Sept 30, 2023. We spent about 4 hours talking and looking at Broncos. We eventually decided to buy a new 2023 Bronco on the lot and ordered an another 2024 Bronco. Trevor also prayed with us after our purchase. Trevor is a great salesman and man to deal with. They let me drive it then I came back to ask for a price they gave me a direct honest out the door price with taxes and fees included. I wanted to do the financing through my bank so they gave me a deal sheet and I went got the loan and signed right up. It was very quick, prompt, and easy.

I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life. My experience with buying Fords as been acceptional and I must point a particular dealership that stands out from them all. Don Smith Ford. <br><br>I have started using the internet now to do all my research on the Ford vehicles. I have always dealt with Don Smith Ford so I decided to search the web for them and came across a website that was easy to use. It was informational, quick, and well structured which made it easy to use. After I inputed all the information I was needing , I immediately received a email stating that someone would get intouch with me via my email or phone number. It was about 1 hour from then, I did infact receive a email from Kenneth Brown (Internet Manager) and Don Smith Ford. He had stated that he had several vehicles that fit the discription of what I was looking for. He did all the research for me as far as (rebates, discounts) etc. By the end of the day he had a final price for me , that was most impressive. That following morning I showed up to the dealership and met Mr. Brown. He had the majority of the paper already filled out which cut down my waiting time. I was with friends at their cabin near Bryson City last week when the "check engine" light came on in my 2014 Ford F-150. I called Mountain Ford and spoke to David the Service Mgr. He told me that they were totally booked up but to bring it by and he would see if he could fit me in. By the time my friend came to pick me up they already had my truck in front of a bay with the hood up. In less than an hour they had the problem diagnosed and a part ordered. The following afternoon I was happily on my way. The friendly folks at Mountain Ford went above and beyond to address my needs and for this they easily earned a 5-star rating.

I had to pay an extra $9000 to install a new motor just a few weeks after buying my pickup truck from Sisk. The first question I asked the sales rep, Jay, about this truck was: “Is this the original motor?” I asked because it only had 18k miles on it. He said yes, but it was not true. I learned later a new motor had been installed, but it was installed improperly. Because of this, it broke down on me soon after buying it. When I pointed this info out to Jay, he said “I was only telling you what I was told.” I asked him to have the manager or owner call me. They wouldn’t even call me. This is shameful. They claim to review their used vehicles carefully, and are reputable, but they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I asked 3 times for just a phone call. Nothing.
