A drastic problem arose in late May and as I was prepared to swap out a rear differential it became apparent that the cause was related to the prior service, as I explained to my service rep, Shanna. Her immediate reaction was that Lake Keowee Ford will make things right and they did, at no added cost. I was with friends at their cabin near Bryson City last week when the "check engine" light came on in my 2014 Ford F-150. I called Mountain Ford and spoke to David the Service Mgr. He told me that they were totally booked up but to bring it by and he would see if he could fit me in. By the time my friend came to pick me up they already had my truck in front of a bay with the hood up. In less than an hour they had the problem diagnosed and a part ordered. The following afternoon I was happily on my way. The friendly folks at Mountain Ford went above and beyond to address my needs and for this they easily earned a 5-star rating.

I bought my car here back in June. It is now November and I am still waiting for my registration to be complete. The dealer used a 3rd party vendor to handle this because of covid. While everybody has been kind, the lack of urgency regarding this is upsetting, and I would not work with them again at this point.
