Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

Excellent service, friendly and fast!! Boy has my view changed! Be very wary of purchasing a used car here! I purchased a 2018 GmC Canyon October 29 2024. They were all so great! Got a full 90 day warranty on all components including AC. After 10 days heater would not work. So I am thinking I have the warranty so I take it in. $2700 dollar repair that the “full warranty” refuses to cover. Fast toward to 3-4 days after the warranty runs out, truck won’t start. Turns out the AC compressor, evaporator, and condenser are bad, oh and also the starter! $3800 in repairs! Truck only has 59000 miles. DON’T BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! Their warranty is not a true full warranty.

Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department.
