I had dealt with another Ford dealership but after my daughter had an unsatisfactory service experience I decided to when looking for a Ford Explorer ST to check out Hall Ford in Elizabeth City. I was very pleased with Braxton my salesperson who was great to work with, as he worked with my wife to get the car she wanted. The ST we bought is great so far, a real pleasure to drive! I plan to use Hall ford for my service work on both my Bronco and the new Explorer. Again the experience was great

This dealership is untrustworthy. Was called and told that they had found a car that fitted what I was interested in, but said I would have to wait until it went through their shop to get checked out and that it would be set aside for me to be the first one to come look at and initially purchase, so after not hearing from them in almost a week I called to see if the car was ready to be looked at and found out that they had sold the car and when I asked why they didn’t call me as they had told me they would they all (customer care manager, sales manager and salesman) lied about what happened. The car belonged to them so it was no need to lie about it. It’s some way to treat a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles from them in the pass, but I’m doubtful if I’ll ever purchase another one from them.
