We bought my pre-owned vehicle from Doug Henry in Goldsboro and everyone that we dealt with was very kind and helpful and no one that we dealt with in the sales department was pushy or over bearing, you had the feeling they honestly just wanted to help you and not just sell you a car. Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department. We plan on buying our next vehicle from Doug Henry as well as bringing our car in any time we are need of vehicle service or repair.

They scammed me into a $3900 service package when I made my purchase, I request refund on 4-17,I still do not see the refund until June.. After 2 weeks waiting, a few calls and even went in person, my refund check is mailed on 6-30, but it is not the full refund, only $3122. Watch out buying vehicle with them.
