I had an incredible experience buying a new 2024 Subaru BRZ tS from Mark Manning at Flow Subaru of Burlington. This is also perhaps the ONLY dealership I’ve ever purchased from that didn’t relentlessly try to squeeze every penny out of me. If you’re looking for a new Subie, I can’t recommend Mark enough!
I first spoke with Lee the sales manager over email and he put me in touch with Mark for a test drive and to answer any questions. I was apprehensive because I hadn’t driven stick in well over a decade, and Mark (nor anyone else there) never once made me feel uncomfortable and was so generous and patient with me relearning on the spot. I fell in love with the car, and started all the paperwork to make it happen.
Their finance guy Randy was also so wonderful to work with, and was so genuinely kind and understanding with any concerns I had before finalizing the deal. If it weren’t for Mark and Randy’s notable patience and customer service, I think I might’ve walked just because I didn’t have a lot of time to decide. Even with that knowledge, neither Randy nor Mark ever pressured me into deciding. Once I did agree to the deal, they didn’t try to force a bunch of extras down my throat like most dealerships have and made the process very easy and painless.
I came the next day to take delivery and continued to receive the same level of customer service and kindness as I expected, and Mark took lots of time to go out of his way to answer questions he wasn’t sure about and make sure I was happy before leaving.
I had a wonderful experience overall, and the biggest takeaway is that they’re just good people who aren’t judgmental or shady or misleading. Big kudos to them for how they operate their dealership.
