I recently visit Reidsville Nissan for an oil change, tire rotation, and front-end alignment. Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. I had to return four different times because the issue was never corrected.
After the second and third visits, I was never informed that my car supposedly needed additional parts. It wasn’t until later that they mentioned I needed two parts, which should have been communicated earlier. Clear communication and proper diagnostics are important when customers trust you with their vehicles.
After multiple trips and the problem still not being fixed, I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
Against my better judgment, l returned to Reidsville Nissan after the manager reached out to me. This ended up being my fifth visit. They finally installed the part I didn’t need the part they installed per their mechanic assessment. I had to leave my car for a couple more days before a master technician corrected the issue
-something that should have been done after my second visit. There was an agreement for me to pay half for the parts, even though they didn't truly fix the problem. By my sixth visit, I had to bring my father-in-law with me so we could sit down and have a conversation about everything | had gone through. In the end, Nissan covered the cost, which I appreciate, but it doesn't make up for the time, frustration, and repeated trips should never be necessary to resolve a basic issue. My one-star rating stands, and I will not be returning to this dealership.
