The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.

Each person provided attention to my specific company vehicle needs and they went out of their way to find the perfect work truck for my company. The financing and paperwork component of the experience with quick and easy and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They even offered to deliver the truck to me. I had a great experience and I am grateful to the Thornhill team!

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

Had a great experience. In and out in just a couple of hours. Called ahead to check if still available and they set an appt for next morning. Had truck out and ready to go by the time I pulled in. Very friendly staff. Thanks again
