I recently purchased my dream car—a 2025 Acura Integra Type S in Liquid Carbon Metallic with a bold red interior—and the entire team made the process feel like a celebration. Maurice, my sales rep, welcomed me like family. His warmth, patience, and attention to detail made me feel seen and valued from the moment I walked in. Ralph, the lead sales manager, went to bat for me—transparent, fair, and genuinely committed to getting me the best deal possible. No games, just integrity. In finance, Maciring was a calm and knowledgeable guide, walking me through warranty and service options with zero pressure—just clarity and care. Lesly in parts was on it, ordering all the high-quality accessories that took my Integra straight to beast-mode status. Andrew, the service director, was a true MVP. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle while my car was being fully equipped, and assigned Princess Flores to coordinate everything with precision. Then came the magic hands—Pedro, an outstanding technician who knew my car inside and out, and Javi, who made sure every feature was dialed in perfectly. Their teamwork was seamless. Special shout-out to Josh and Gabriel, who led the charge with expert oversight and flawless execution. From the ceramic tint to the illuminating door projectors, anti-theft wheel locks, all-weather floor mats, window rain guards, and the striking large front grille with the illuminating Acura emblem—every detail was installed with excellence and pride. The salesman Quon was amazing very attentive, made sure the numbers worked for me and took the time to communication with me on my journey down to Maryland from philly. He continued Reassuring me that my car was still there and not sold. Thank you Quon. For making me feel comfortable. Most importantly there were no hiddden fees when it was time to seal the deal. I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. After owning my Certified Pre-owned Acura for less than 3 months, I was shocked to learn I had to pay out of pocket for a new battery. To make matters worse, I had to drive to two different dealerships and even call out of work to get this resolved. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on luxury and reliability. What makes this even more frustrating is that I love Acura so much that I purchased the exact same car after my previous one was totaled in a collision with a deer. My loyalty to the brand makes this experience even more disheartening. I expect better from Acura and hope they take steps to improve customer support and resolve issues like this more effectively in the future.

They don’t keep their word. 2 mo waiting on a car. Let loan expire. Was told to come pick up the car and test driving before leaving the dealership on to be told they let my loan expire and being left with no car. I don’t mind being turned down but don’t have waiting on a car for 2 months they said I was approved for and then dropped the ball. I have no car and have to build my credit up from all the hard credit pulls after they let first loan expire. The one star is for the sales person Mr. Kramer. He is a honest salesman that had no idea what finance department was doing. He was just as shocked as we were. But for this dealership Is not for the middle or lower class. Just for upper class people that can put 50% down or pay for car in cash. Me personally I will never give my money to anything with the Criswell name on it.
