The purchase process was fairly smooth. We were able to complete the deal on the same day. They had a decent selection of trucks to choose from.
Had vehicle in for service due to not starting. - Bill
Had vehicle in for service due to not starting. Checked batteries at three locations and identified good. Service identified as battery module. They called and said 12V battery was bad but re-informed them again of battery having checked good before bring it in for service. Picked up car and decided to have battery checked again just to be sure and found it was bad but the battery in the car was not the one it went in with. Battery didn't match serial number or date of battery when the car went in. Since I have video and documents showing what battery I had I guess I will have no other choice but to identify as fraud. No other choice as this was done with intent and not an accident. Given what has occurred I can not be really sure what they stated they fixed is factual. I was aware companies like this do their best to pad the time and parts for profits, but intentionally causing conditions to make profit is just not acceptable. Will report to Better Business Bureau and move it along.

3rd and last vehicle purchased. No knowledge of product sold. GM was rude and lied/sleazy. Found out after purchasing that he was the responsible person for the product (Roush) information. They should be removed from being a Roush dealer. Will Not recommend them to anyone

I purchased a Jeep wrangler here 2 days ago, I was greeted with a smile and they treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. My sales person was Rosa and I must say she was the best I have ever had. She had took amazing care of us and always had a smile. She was willing to work with me on my every wish. The vehicle was super clean and was already at the perfect price! thank you Willis Ford and Rosa for making my experience perfect!
