The dealership is extremely professional, well-kept, and stocked with a unique inventory you don’t see everywhere, which made the whole process feel special. I also want to specifically recognize Frank, the New Car Sales Manager. He did everything in his power to get me a fair price without me ever having to ask or feel pressured. He was genuinely friendly, upfront, and incredibly supportive of veterans, which meant a lot to me. I’ve purchased over 60 new vehicles in my life, and this was by far one of the best sales experiences I’ve had with management. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and easy to work with. BMW of Devon delivered a first-class experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new BMW.
