Worst sales people, can't do paperwork, cost me $2000 in wages because of there paperwork. No reimbursement nothing, weeks to get a simple title. Matt Christian, terrible sales manager, all their managers are bad.. think a person who had to be approved can just return car and get another with correct paperwork.. seriously? Stay away from Williams auto group Binghamton ny. Had better experiences in the er.

Now for the Service Department, We ordered additional optional equipment which arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

Bought a Tacoma comning off a lease. Truck had some problems, but the Sales team + the Service Team worked very hard to resolve them, all through warranty. Took several tries to resolve one problem, but they kept their positive and helpful attitudes and finally located + solved the problem in the truck's rear. The whole group here is awesome, well-trained and responsive.
