Luciano was my car salesman. Luciano listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. I also gave him a price range I wanted to stay in. I also mentioned wanting the best interest rate on purchasing a used car. Most of us customers don't know what we need and want. I had an idea in mind a good sales person listens understands and go off the starting point. I went for a car and ended up with a 2022 HR-V 5 door AWD sport. I absolutely love Honda. Luciano didn't care how many cars I test drove. He sat giving me car fax information and details on each vehicle. I also wanted a gps feature since the law came into effect we can't hold our cell phones. So we stepped up into a newer car with safety features gps plus with low mileage. I appreciated Luciano meeting my requirements for purchasing a vehicle and his calm nature . He also saved me money on my car insurance with all the safety features the vehicle has. It's a win win when a sales person genuinely cares about his customers. It's a win win for the company and Luciano more customers will come just for his and his knowledge patience. George sold me 2 warranties explaining the importance and benefits. George also showed me around the Honda dealership . Luciano and George made sure I was comfortable while waiting to finalize my purchase. After finishing my purchasing agreement Luciano left to fill my vehicle with gas. Luciano walked out to a washed waxed and clean inside of the vehicle done by employees at the dealership. I was floored how clean and extra they took into my purchase. Luciano went over different features on my vehicle explaining where everything was again. it was a good experience I will be back. Luciano I will tell everyone what a fantastic sales person you are. He gave us ample time explaining every detail of our new 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L model. In fact, Jorge is probably one of the best sales people we have ever encountered. Jorge has a passion for selling vehicles and he is eager to learn the ins and outs of every Honda model on the lot. We felt comfortable with Jorge and were amazed at his expertise. I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed.
