Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

After 20 years with the same service center, they refused to inspect my car due to a check engine light—ironically caused by their clutch replacement a year or two prior. They couldn’t fix it, said it wouldn’t pass emissions, and left me stranded. Determined to solve the issue, I replaced a faulty sensor myself, but the check engine light persisted. I reached out to PennDOT and discovered their emissions waiver. When I presented it to the original garage, they were clueless about the waiver and still refused to inspect my vehicle. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I phoned multiple service centers, promising that the first one knowledgeable about the emissions waiver would earn my loyalty. Faulkner was my third call, and TJ immediately understood what I was referring to. Within two minutes, he won my trust and my business, and I’ve been loyal to Faulkner ever since. TJ and his team are honest, reliable, and never upsell or inflate costs, making them a rare gem in the industry. As the second owner of this car, I learned that the original owners had it serviced at Faulkner right after purchasing it new from another dealer. Since TJ and his team had been servicing the car from the very beginning and knew it inside and out, it only made sense for me to continue bringing it to Faulkner. A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

Don't ever talk to this guy about buying any car or truck, new or used! If you are interested in one, and you go home to work out the numbers for financing, he will turn around and sell that car on you if someone comes in the mean time with a better offer, without ever notifying you!!! He does not have the courtesy to give you a call to let you know he might have another party interested in the same car or truck! How bad is that!!! And when you question him about it, he says he didn't think I was interested!!! I never told him that I wasn't!!!!! He sure as heck isn't trustworthy!!!
