I don't know where to start but I was searching for a new or used F 150 and I checked with many dealer's close to home but couldn't find what I wanted and some dealers wouldn't even respond. I ended up working with Sarah Gonzalez and she did a wonderful job. We communicated via email back and forth for a long period of time and she got me answers to all my questions. I ended up not making a purchase the first time around as I went with another brand. As it turned out the other brand did not work out. A couple of weeks later I found another F 150 at Keller Brothers Ford and I again contacted Sarah. This time things worked out differently and I bought a F 150 from Sarah. Everyone I had any interaction with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The entire deal went great from start to end. Keller Brother Ford is about 55 miles from my house and I have many Ford dealers and other brands closer to me. I went with Keller Brothers Ford as they had the truck I wanted and two others that I could have picked from that were in my price range and the correct model. I would definitely recommend Keller Brothers Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If I buy another Ford in the future Keller Brothers will be my first dealer to look at.

Nate Dohner was my salesman and went above and beyond, even bringing the vehicle to me despite being nearly an hour away. The entire process was painless, straightforward, and everyone was easy to work with. Would I return? Absolutely. The atmosphere and the people are the best I’ve experienced at a dealership. This place is A++ sales and service. My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. By far the best car buying experience I have had. John Davis, our sales associate, was very friendly and helpful throughout our transactions, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We took a test drive, decided on a vehicle (Ford Escape) and made a down payment. Later that evening we received a call from John stating they would not be able to sell us the car as it did not pass “their inspection”, but he immediately checked their inventory for similar vehicles (this part usually takes forever) and found a vehicle in the same price range. The next day we returned to the dealership, took a test drive, and decided on the vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee Latitude). John made sure to communicate promptly and took care of everything that needed to be done to get the vehicle looking and feeling like new. We are very thankful for John and the staff at Sands Ford of Pottsville for going above and beyond. Very trustworthy dealership, highly recommend them.

RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca

We had bought our F150 back in 2021 at Plaza Ford. At that time they were terrific and Ford X Plan purchase capped any “ not required by law” doc fees at $150 or less. Originally we were going to purchase our Florida car in Florida because it was easier and less stressful (we live in Florida 6 months and MD 6 months) . My buddy who is a Plaza Ford fan said “ oh buy from these guys instead, they’ll do so much more for you than a Florida dealer “ Fast forward to the deal: they were very rigid as to the dealer doc fees. On the contract it states “ not required by law” but try and get out of paying it…it’s an entitlement that MD allows them to charge. It’s actually an optional dealer fee sort of like a tip. They could charge $0 or $800 allowed by MD. It gets taxed so it’s additional profit for them not a requirement. When I dared to get this dealer charge discounted it was like I was being unreasonable ( in 3 past deals I simply asked for a discount $799 in my case off the bottom line). ** Don’t bother with Plaza Ford, something has changed in the past few years and writing the owner who did not respond, tells me lots-can’t be bothered with me. I was ready to be a loyal Plaza Ford customer. I was talked into buying from them. We drove many miles out our way to buy at this dealer. In hindsight, all the fees and add-ons made this deal costly. Truth is that there’s nothing special about them over any other Ford dealership. It’s a pity because my last experience with Plaza was better. ** a document fee is an arbitrary fee that some dealers charge. In California they are capped at $95 not $799 so—it’s a a profit center for them. Don’t make my mistake, early on ask for no doc fee or a corresponding discount on the bottom line to match that fee. This can be done and I have on 3 car deals successfully. It’s too late for me at Plaza Ford but not you. Be prepared to walk if they tell you “ everyone pays this” .

They lack integrity and will take advantage of you. Especially John. He tried to sell my lady a used 2016 Passat for 13k with a 21% interest rate. Even with 2k down that came out to 26k over the life of the loan. He gets upset and berated her because she wasn’t crazy enough to commit. These people should be ashamed of themselves to associate their name with a salesmen like him. This dealership is a no for me because all I can think about is how many people get taken advantage of by this guy! Its shameful!!

Worst Buying Experience Ever!!! Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection. I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department. Nothing. Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card! I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months. I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail. I ended up canceling it myself. Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns. Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton. Never, ever again!
