I am pleased to write a review of my recent experiences at Kelly Cadillac and Uzma Shafqat that led to the purchase of a new Cadillac XT5. To begin, we were considering if it was a good idea to trade our low-mileage 2024 XT5. We went to Kelly Cadillac to get some information, saying we were not really in the market. We met with Uzma and explained the information was our goal as the car she previously sold us was in fine shape. This did not slow her a bit. She took the time to explore options—the improvements/changes in the new model as well as the benefits of an electric car. Her knowledge of the various models was most impressive, and she provided a firm base to take the discussion to the next level to address price and availability. Again, Uzma answered my questions directly and succinctly with very useful pros and cons to options I proposed. We discussed finances with a focus on the trade-in value. Geoff Kelly provided a proposal, with some adjustment to the trade-in value, a finance rebate, and the GM Veterans Benefit (which Uzma made us aware of as well and worked with them to complete the form) to reach a deal that was suitable to all—the 2026 XT5 was purchased. When we picked up our new car, Uzma took great care to go over the various features as she had done with the three cars she previously purchased. In closing, Jelly Cadillac, Uzma, and Geoff Kelly are a great team that stand the test of time.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Heritage Mazda of Belair. Each time we had excellent service. The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They listen to your needs of the vehicle you would like, as well as respecting your financial position. They work hard to sell you the vehicle in your price range. And are honest if they can’t make it work. If they don’t have the car you want on their lot or at another Heritage, they go outside to find the perfect car for you. Which is exactly what they did for us this time. Our Salesman Paul was extremely kind and patient. He went over every inch of the car and technology with me and invited me back if I have questions. Then called the next to thank us and ask if we had any questions. The Financial person was excellent. My only thing I wish is that we didn’t have to wait so long to get that final piece taken care of. In the end I highly recommend Heritage Mazda if Belair.

This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. Thanks Chapman Ford for taking the time to get me in a new ride.
