This is a sad story It makes me very leery of the service at this dealer I have a 2012 Honda Accord V6 and I was on my way to the doctor and my car started smoking and and frequently stopping and going Luckily I was near this dealer so I drove in to the service area Long story short they said I had to repair the car over $7400 I couldn't afford that but what's worse is I found out but the whole reason my car started smoking and stopping and going was because someone put too much oil in my carYes it has miss codes because it was xxxxxxx oil through the pcv and putting it back into the engine What is so terrible And you can tell there's a longer story behind it is this service place dealer never caught that or more importantly never told me And here I thought I had to go get a used car and my car didn't work but luckily I had it towed to this person and they fixed it for $70 Big difference very leery of Honda service dealer

I recently visited Apple Honda to look at a few used cards advertised on their website. The salesman I met with, JD, was outstanding and very detailed in everything we discussed. He then involved Greg as the used car sales manager to discuss our trade in. Greg was also phenomenal and went out of his way to try and help our family out with a trade and sale of a car. We ended up purchasing the vehicle elsewhere but there is NO DOUBT I will go back to Apple Honda due to my experiences with JD and Greg. I highly recommend this team.

He and the staff out did themselves when the car I leased in May of this year was totaled due to an accident and found a car to replace it in 5 days

I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda of Hanover because I gave my leased Subaru Outback to my daughter for school. My Honda was Great on gas. But I always wanted a truck again. Called up Sang to see if any Ridgeline were available in white. No success but he gave me some great option on other colors. I went (Black) and I'm glad I did! Beautiful color, Wonderful Price, & Wonderful Customer Service from everyone and yes, I leased the Ridgeline also. And guess where I will be going once this lease is up. So Matt GM, Sang Thaddeus, Jordan & Matt in parts. Thank You!!
