This recent experience was for routine maintenance. Online scheduling process was very easy, likewise therescheduling due an unexpected change in my schedule. Used the My Buick app to order protective accessories which were easily scheduled for install during this same visit through a phone call. Staff at every contact point in this visit demonstrated hospitality and professionalism. Very pleased.

I have bought my vehicles from Geoff Penske my entire life, NEVER AGAIN! 2 weeks before I took my Terrain in for my yearly inspection, I replaced my windshield wipers. They called to tell me that my wipers needed to be replaced to pass inspection. Total xx & should be grand theft auto as they pull this every inspection. I can only imagine how they treat other unknowing faithful customers? Need new tires, probably not! If it is one thing I cannot handle, it's dishonesty. Shame on them!

Even though the dealership is four hours away, I will absolutely make the trip again when it’s time for my next vehicle. John DeMartino went above and beyond — he made sure the vehicle was fully ready before I arrived, kept me updated with calls and texts so I never had to waste time with unnecessary steps, and was 100% upfront and honest throughout the process. He’s down-to-earth, professional, and truly cares about his customers. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership showed the same professionalism and genuine care. I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.
