Brian was the easiest, nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. The way the whole time worked together was stellar!!! I found a 2025 new car online at this dealership's website. Car on the lot. I called sales on phone to purchase. Confirmed trade in price with the salesman who checked with his manager that all was good. They even gave me the trade in price, and I gave new VIN to my insurance. Told salesman (A) that i would also be putting down $5,000 cash. We set a time and meeting day. I called to confirm our meeting the night prior and was told they had taken a deposit from a woman and I can have a very similar car to the one I had chosen. They never reached out, they never asked for a deposit (I offered as I was putting cash down), they tried to blame a new employee for being inept even though manager was involved. All in all a shady and DECEPTIVE dealership. I would avoid at all costs as there are so many other Chevy dealers in this area!

Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

My recent vehicle purchase was my first experience with John Sauder Chevrolet. I will admit that I went into the dealership with an attitude, expecting to encounter the stereotype of salesman that had been formed in my mind by previous negative experiences with New Car Dealerships. Kirk Newcomer dispelled those notions as his professionalism and apparent honesty brought me back into a comfort zone which allowed me to make an informed decision about my purchase without pressure and without the feeling that I must be on guard for any deceptive practices. Kirk was very knowledgeable and responsive. He was eager to find answers to any questions I posed, and he was very helpful in finding the exact "up fit" equipment which I desired for my new work van, so that upon delivery I had everything I needed. Communication with Kirk was readily available and he followed up quickly on every detail. Kirk did his best to provide a buying opportunity which gave me options in finding a solution to my needs that were in my best interest. Bottom line: Buying a new vehicle from Kirk Newcomer and John Sauder Chevrolet was a positive and pleasurable experience. I drove out of the dealership feeling satisfied instead of "taken". I will be a repeat customer.

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy

Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.
